Hey, Pickleball enthusiast! Thanks for swinging by our shop! As a small business, we operate on a made-to-order model. This means we don't maintain a stockpile of our products—except for our personal picks from the store (and trust us, we have quite a few since we love everything Pickleball!).
Our approach ensures that as customers place orders, our incredible production partners create our inventory on demand. This strategy guarantees you top-notch quality and helps us keep costs as low as possible.
With that in mind, we're committed to offering a quality guarantee!
- You can count on receiving your ordered pickleball items promptly and in perfect condition.
- If your items arrive damaged or with a print defect, we'll happily provide a replacement or refund. Plus, you can keep the original as a gesture from us!
*Given that each item is specially crafted for our pickleball family, we can only offer refunds or exchanges for defective products.
